Benjamin Hiebert

Benjamin is a first year PhD student in the history department at Columbia University. He is broadly interested in the intellectual and cultural history of early modern Europe, and more specifically in the history of the human sciences during the eighteenth century. He graduated with a degree in history and political science from the University of California, Davis in 2014.
Benjamin participated in the "Craft & Science" lab course of the Making and Knowing Project in Fall 2016 and is currently participating in the digital humanities seminar.
